General
AMA-Richmond, Virginia, its members, volunteers and its agents (all
collectively referred hereafter as “We”, “Us”, and “Our”) respect
the privacy of every individual who visits Our Web sites. This
Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines the information that We may
collect from visitors to our Web sites and how we may use and
disclose that information. We encourage you to read this Policy
before using any of our Web sites. “Service” refers to any service
we provide through these Web sites including, email alerts or
notices, registration for meetings and events, JobLink job and
resume postings, etc. Your use of Our Web sites signifies that you
agree with all terms of this Policy. If you do not agree and accept
these Policies without limitation or qualification, please exit the
site.
What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?
We may collect personal information about you (such as your name,
postal address, telephone number, email address, etc.) that you
provide voluntarily. You ordinarily are not required to register or
provide personal information in order to access our websites,
although certain websites and sections of our Web sites may require
registration and/or a password. In addition, if you choose to
contact us to ask a question we will collect your personal
information so that we can respond to your question.
Changing your email communication status
If you wish to change your email communication status and wish to be
deleted from our email list, please respond to the link found at the
bottom of the particular email you have received. Please be aware
that deleting your name from one or more type of email lists may
stop all email correspondence including newsletters, monthly
luncheons invites, Market Dialogue invites and renewal notices from
AMA National and the local AMA-Richmond Chapter.

Special promotions and product information We may offer you the
opportunity to provide you with email updates and announcements
concerning our products, services and special promotions. Personal

Web sites by anyone under 13, is unauthorized, unlicensed and in
violation of Our terms of use. By using the Service or the Web
