AMA is proud to present Helayne Spivak, Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter’s newly appointed director.
Former stand-up comedian Spivak is also an acclaimed industry expert, having led the creative departments at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, Hal Riney, Young & Rubicam New York, Ammirati Puris Lintas New York and JWT New York.
She has developed creative campaigns for a diverse roster of clients, including: Sears (“Come See the Softer Side of Sears”), Burger King, UPS, Sanyo, Kodak and more. Household name brands like Johnson & Johnson, MCI, ATT, MasterCard, Kraft, Bayer Consumer, Shiseido, Revlon, Acutrim, General Motors, Fuji, MONY, Phillip Morris and Cadbury Schweppes have looked to Spivak for creative direction.
Highly respected in her field, Spivak has won multiple accolades from the advertising industry, including awards from the One Show, the Art Director’s Club and the Cannes Gold Lion.
